What Time to Start Live Charity Tournaments

This has been a subject of conversation lately. What is the best time - according to poker players - to start a live charity event?

Should the tournament start

• Early on a Saturday or Sunday 11am - 1pm
• Later in the afternoon 2-4pm
• Even later in the evening 5-7
• Or later?

There are a lot of compelling reasons for each answer. As poker players, give some feedback! What is your favorite time for a tourney to start? Why do you prefer that timing?
